Depending on your new service address's service capability, your service plan and devices may or may not be kept as before. A service moving fee starting from $65 will apply.
If you want to upgrade or downgrade the speed, a minimum of $25 charge will apply. In some cases, the devices might need to be changed. The shipping fee of $9.95 will apply for the new device shipment.

You and the new owner will be asked to fill up the Account Ownership Transfer Agreement form and send it back to CIK Business. Services, devices, terms, payment method and other information and liabilities will be transferred from old owner to the new owner appeared on the signed ownership transfer form on the required effective date.
Deposit will be released and refunded back to the old owner once CIK Business receives the deposit from the new owner. Or the new owner can directly pay the same amount to the old owner for transferring the existing deposit to the new owner.
You can suspend your services upon paying for the reactivation fee starting from $65 in advance. The maximum you can suspend your service is 6 months. If you have phone service and want to reserve the same phone number during the service suspension, you will need to pay $5 per month for each phone number reserve fee. Otherwise, your phone numbers will be released from your account and back to the pool which we may not be able to get it back for you when you reactivate your service. If you suspend your service during your contract term, the remaining months will continue when you reactivate your service.
According to CRTC regulation, all Canadian phone numbers can be transferred between local companies and customers have the right to transfer their phone numbers to other local phone companies. This is called Local Number Portability (LNP).
To be eligible for transfer your existing phone numbers to CIK Business, your phone number(s) must be active, i.e. not disconnected or pending for disconnection. Your phone account must be in good standing with your current company and you should NOT notify your current phone company to cancel or change the phone number till AFTER the phone numbers are transferred to CIK Business.
After the phone numbers are successfully transferred to CIK Business, you should contact your previous phone company to confirm your account has been closed, and if not, ask them to close it.
